Bees!

Christine and Rick were out looking for the Cerulean Warbler this morning, and came across this amazing swarm of bees. If you’re interested in reading more about why bees form this sort of swarm, the wikipedia page [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swarming_(honey_bee)] seems half decent.

I’ve also posted a few pictures that Christine sent. One is a Shagbark Hickory bud, which is just as nice looking as most wildflowers. The other (the white flower) is an Ox-eye daisy with a fly on it.
