Tundra Swans in Cayuga

Tundra Swans are on the move–heading for their breeding grounds in the Northern Canada and Alaska. The picture below was taken in Cayuga, looking across the Grand River from Betsy Smith’s house (Hint: the Tundra Swans are not the brown ones).

I’ve also posted the Tundra Swan range map. The range map image was copied from Cornell’s Birds of North America Online, which is a great resource (that I have free access to through McMaster).
